When you place an order or contact us, we collect the following information:

- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Payment details (Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer reference)
We use this information only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal data in any way.
Order & Payment Policy
- All orders require advance payment before dispatch.
- Payment methods accepted: Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- You will receive a tracking update or delivery confirmation via WhatsApp.
Delivery Policy
- We offer free delivery all over Pakistan on our Bonsai collection.
- We dispatch all plants via bus service — this is intentional. Bus service is faster and more reliable for live plants compared to regular courier. Most orders are delivered same day or very next day, which means your plant spends minimum time in transit and arrives fresh and healthy.
- Plants are carefully and securely packed before dispatch to ensure they survive the journey safely.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation and bus details on WhatsApp as soon as your order is sent.

We completely understand that buying a plant online requires trust. That is why we offer this:

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will send you the real, actual photos of the exact plant we are preparing to send you — same trunk, same size, same pot.
We believe you deserve to see exactly what you are getting before it leaves our hands.
No Return & No Exchange Policy
We want to be completely transparent about this:
Sabir Ali Plants does not offer returns or exchanges on any plant orders.
Here is why:
Plants are living things. Once a plant is delivered to you in healthy condition, its care becomes your responsibility. We cannot accept returns because:
- A returned plant may have been exposed to incorrect watering, sunlight, or handling after delivery.
- Plants can deteriorate quickly if not cared for properly.
- We cannot resell a plant that has left our care.
We take full responsibility for delivering a healthy plant to your doorstep. After that, the plant is in your hands.
Our Support Promise — We Will Not Leave You Alone
Even though we do not offer returns, we are fully committed to supporting you after your purchase. If your plant looks stressed or unwell after delivery, contact us on WhatsApp before doing anything else. We will guide you step by step.
How to Care for Your Plant After Delivery
Please follow these instructions carefully. Most plant problems happen in the first few days after delivery.
Immediately After Delivery
- Pick up your plant from the delivery spot immediately. Do not leave it sitting in a hot vehicle, in direct sun, or in a closed box for long. Plants need air and light.
- Carefully remove the packaging. Do not pull or tug the branches.
- Place the plant in a shaded spot first — not direct sunlight. Let it rest and recover from the journey for at least 2 to 3 days.
First Week Care
- Do not water the plant immediately after delivery unless the soil is completely bone dry.
- Keep it in bright but indirect light for the first few days.
- After 2 to 3 days, slowly move it to its permanent spot — preferably a south or east-facing window or a shaded outdoor area.
Sunlight Guide
- Jade Bonsai loves bright light and does well outdoors in Pakistan’s climate.
- Avoid harsh afternoon sun in peak summer (June–August) as it can scorch the leaves.
- Morning sun (8 AM to 11 AM) is ideal.
Watering Guide
- Jade Bonsai stores water in its trunk and leaves — overwatering is the most common mistake.
- Water only when the top 1 to 2 inches of soil are completely dry.
- In normal weather: water every 3 to 5 days.
- In winter: water once a week or even less.
Monsoon Season Warning — Very Important
During Pakistan’s monsoon season (July to September), rainfall increases significantly.
- Do not water your plant if it has already received rain.
- If your plant is outdoors, move it to a covered area during heavy or continuous rainfall.
- Overwatering during monsoon is the number one cause of root rot in Jade Bonsai.
- Check the soil before every watering — if it feels even slightly damp, skip watering that day.
Snake Plant Care (If Applicable)
- Snake plants are extremely low maintenance.
- They prefer indirect light and very little water.
- In monsoon, treat them the same as jade — do not water if soil is wet.
- Avoid placing them in standing water or waterlogged pots.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare case that your plant arrives with broken branches or damaged packaging due to courier mishandling, please:
- Take a photo or video immediately upon opening the package.
- Send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will review and offer a solution on a case by case basis.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
